Here are some fast and easy ways you can make a difference:
1. Download the MyLA311 on your mobile device to submit service requests on-the-go! You can
upload photos to report graffiti, potholes, illegal trash dumping, and now even water waste! If you
don’t have a mobile device, that’s OK – just use the links below.
2. Free graffiti removal
3. Report illegally dumped items on your street. You may be eligible to claim a $1,000 reward for
reporting information used to arrest or convict a person(s) committing the crime. Call 311.
4. Trash services (bulky item pick-up, container requests, dead animal pick up, etc.
5. Street lighting services request
6. Bureau of Street Services requests (Streets needing resurfacing, filling pot-holes, cleaning
gutters, report fallen trees, etc.)

We are a group of volunteers coming together simply to serve our community and neighbors.
Our mission is to improve the community of North Hills East by connecting neighbors to
important resources and information in order to develop and maintain a culture of action and
connection.
